Robinhood Chain Tops Uniswap V4 After Pools.Trade Launch
Robinhood Chain has taken over as the top platform for Uniswap v4 trading after the launch of pools.trade, a native launchpad that routes new tokens directly into permanently locked Uniswap v4 pools with autocompounding fees.
This development is raising questions about whether it's accelerating a new wave of token formation and trading on the chain. Pools.trade was released by Uniswap Labs on August 5, 2026, and has already seen substantial activity, with thousands of tokens created in its first day of operation.
The platform offers two formats: Crowd Launch and Instant Launch. The former runs a four-hour window for participants to submit budgets that fill gradually according to a time-weighted average price mechanism, while the latter activates trading immediately via a bonding-curve model.
On the first day of pools.trade activity, Uniswap v4 trading volume on Robinhood Chain exceeded Ethereum mainnet figures, reaching approximately $73.6 million compared to $47.2 million. The launchpad has also seen a high throughput of new tokens, with around 6,000 minted in its first day.
