Robinhood Expands UK Crypto Trading with Zero Fees through Bitstamp Partnership

Roger McCombie and his team have finally made it to UK's crypto market through Bitstamp as their partner. With this launch, they are offering over 50 digital assets for trading on their platform.

The move comes after announcing plans in July to bring crypto trading to the UK customers as part of a European expansion.

The company claims that the new crypto offering will have zero trading fees, with no account maintenance or custody fees. This is meant to provide a lower-cost alternative to some existing platforms.

Customers will be able to trade cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP and Hyperliquid. 'A new wave of UK investors sees digital assets as an important part of a diversified portfolio,' said Jordan Sinclair, President of Robinhood U.K. Ltd and General Manager of Bitstamp UK Ltd.
