The cryptocurrency market has seen its fair share of predictions and futures contracts in recent times. One such example is the XRP price prediction market offered by Robinhood, where users can place bets on the price of Ripple (XRP) on a specific date and time.

The contract in question is for August 25, 2026, at 10pm EDT. According to the terms, the price used to determine this market is based on CF Benchmarks' corresponding Real-Time Index (RTI). The market resolves based on a simple average of the CF Benchmarks index for the 60 seconds prior to the specified time.

The payout for correct predictions is $1 per contract owned. However, users are also given the option to close their positions before the event resolves, with additional fees applying. It's worth noting that persons employed by certain agencies or holding material non-public information on XRP are prohibited from trading on this contract.
