Rising to challenge Solana's dominance in decentralized exchange (DEX) volume, Robinhood has flipped Solana in daily DEX volume. According to DeFiLlama data, Solana held the top spot with a cumulative DEX volume of over $65 billion in the last 30 days, but recently fell behind Robinhood.

On September 5th, Robinhood processed $1.45 billion in DEX volume compared to Solana's $1.25 billion, marking the first-ever daily volume flip between the two.

This trend is likely to continue as Robinhood maintains its lead intraday with $1.36 billion in DEX volume versus Solana's $1.28 billion.

Rising along with Robinhood is Ethereum (ETH), which could benefit from the increased activity on the platform. The ETH/SOL ratio has been oscillating around the 0.04 level for over a year, and a breakdown of this ratio could favor Ethereum as the market rolls into Q4.
