Robinhood's prediction market operates 24 hours a day, except for a brief maintenance window from 3am to 5am ET on Thursdays. The outcome of the contract will be determined using CF Benchmarks' Real Time Index (RTI), which collects 60 RTI prices at the last minute before expiration. The official and final value is the average of these prices.
Traders can earn $1 for every contract they own if their prediction is correct. Alternatively, they can close their position before the event resolves. However, additional fees apply, and traders should read the full contract terms and conditions. There are also trading prohibitions in place for persons employed by any of the Source Agencies or those holding material, non-public information on the underlying asset.
The prediction market is offered by Robinhood Derivatives, LLC through various exchanges, including KalshiEX LLC, ForecastEX, LLC, Rothera Exchange and Clearing LLC, or North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc.
