Robinhood Predicts Zcash Price Target for 2026
Robinhood has introduced a new crypto prediction market for Zcash (ZEC), allowing users to bet on whether the cryptocurrency's price will hit or exceed $1,331.0451 by October 5, 2026. The event, scheduled for a 15-minute window between 8:15 AM and 8:30 AM EDT, will use CF Benchmarks' ZECUSDRTI Real Time Index (RTI) to determine the outcome. The final value will be calculated by averaging the last 60 RTI prices before the window closes.
The contract payouts will be based on the simple average of the ZEC price data collected during the specified window. If the average price at 8:30 AM EDT is at least $1,331.0451, the market resolves to 'Yes,' and users who predicted correctly will receive $1 for every contract they own. Users also have the option to close their positions before the event resolves, though additional fees may apply.
Robinhood emphasizes that not all cryptocurrency price data is the same, and the price used for this contract is based on CF Benchmarks' RTI, not sources like Google or Coinbase. The platform also notes trading prohibitions for persons employed by any of the Source Agencies or those holding material, non-public information on the underlying asset. Similar events with restrictions and eligibility requirements are also available.
