Robinhood Releases Ethereum Price Prediction Contract

The Robinhood Derivatives, LLC has released a new contract on its platform, which predicts the price of Ethereum (ETH) on August 8, 2026, at 2am EDT.

The contract is based on CF Benchmarks' Real Time Index (RTI), and uses an average of 60 RTI prices collected in the last minute before expiration to determine the final value.

According to the contract terms, if the price of ETH reaches or exceeds $1,915, owners of a specific contract will receive a payout. However, those who are employed by any of the Source Agencies or hold material non-public information on Ethereum are not permitted to trade on the Contract.
