Russia Gives Green Light to Regulated Crypto Market Amid Bearish Bitcoin Momentum
Russia has given green light to regulated crypto market. According to Traders Union, Bitcoin (BTC) is trading at $63,710, marking a modest decline in the latest session. The asset currently sits below its key short- and long-term moving averages, reflecting a sustained loss of upward momentum over multiple timeframes.
The Russian central bank has approved regulated exchange trading of BTC, Ethereum, and USDT under a new framework launching September 1, 2026. However, strict eligibility rules for participation may limit immediate broad market adoption despite setting a formal path for digital asset trading.
Despite the regulatory development, prevailing bearish momentum prevails amid mixed oscillator signals. Immediate resistance is set by the Ichimoku Kijun at $64,356, while the key support level lies at $62,709.
