RZ Oasis Aims to Connect Physical Businesses with On-Chain Systems
The intersection of tokenization and real-world assets is gaining importance in the Web3 industry as it looks beyond purely virtual assets. CoinFactory's RZ Oasis project combines a digital world with an economic architecture that connects physical businesses and assets to on-chain systems.
Founder Rasool Rezvani describes RZ Oasis and its 'Country 196' concept as a borderless digital-economic territory connecting gaming, AI, blockchain, digital ownership, and real-world businesses. However, the significance of the project may lie less in the metaverse itself and more in the infrastructure underneath it.
CoinFactory is exploring a model where real estate, hospitality, tourism, sports, industrial businesses, and potentially mining and mineral assets can acquire an on-chain economic layer. This approach connects tokenized activities within a shared digital economy, changing the role of the metaverse from being the economy itself to an interface connecting multiple economic systems.
The project has already implemented an RWA-linked structure through its Meta Games Coin (MGC), which allows holders to claim registered shares in CoinFactory AG. This mechanism connects on-chain asset holders with a process that can result in legally registered corporate ownership, providing a practical example of the broader challenge facing RWA infrastructure.
