Safari Vulnerability Exposes iPhone Crypto Holders to Cyber Threats

Ledger, a well-known cryptocurrency wallet provider, has issued an alert to iPhone users regarding a security vulnerability in Safari that could compromise their crypto holdings.

The vulnerability, known as DarkSword, allows attackers to access sensitive information and wallet data through malicious websites.

Ledger recommends that iPhone users who store seed phrases for Bitcoin ($85,839.00 · Live) on their devices consider using a hardware wallet or updating their iOS version to the latest patch, which Apple has released in conjunction with Google's fix for six chain vulnerabilities (iOS 26.3).
