SATO Eliminates Senior Secured Debt as Revenue Declines
SATO Technologies Corp., a Canadian company listed on the TSXV (TSXV: SATO, OTCQB: CCPUF), announced its unaudited financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026. The company reported revenue of $1,135,976 in Q2 2026, down 62% from $3,019,539 in Q2 2025.
BTC production declined to 11 BTC in the quarter from 22 BTC in Q2 2025 due to a decision to down-clock approximately up to 50% of its mining fleet. The company also reported a gross loss of $(490,713) and net loss of $(922,517).
However, SATO made significant progress on its senior secured debt by settling the loan with Sygnum Bank AG for approximately $258,000 (CHF150,000) and transferring about 6.69 BTC. This eliminates all senior secured indebtedness and related collateral arrangements.
