The mysterious creator of Bitcoin, Satoshi Nakamoto, holds an estimated 1.096 million BTC, according to Arkham's 2026 ranking.
This places Satoshi at the top of the list, with nearly all of these coins attributed to a group of wallets linked through the Patoshi Pattern.
The ranking also includes public corporate holders, exchanges, and funds holding vast sums on behalf of customers and investors.
