Strategy's Michael Saylor declared Bitcoin 'unstoppable' on July 29, as the proposed CLARITY Act stalled in the Senate. The bill would split crypto oversight between the SEC and CFTC, but its fate is uncertain ahead of the August recess.

The bill has backing from Wall Street heavyweights including BlackRock, Fidelity, and Goldman Sachs. However, Saylor views it as a path to unlocking digital capital and yield markets tied to Strategy's preferred stock instruments. He believes the legislation would 'unlock the next wave of Digital Capital, Digital Credit, and Digital Equity in the U.S. and globally.'

Strategy holds 843,775 Bitcoin, purchased at an average price of roughly $75,476 per coin. Saylor has called the bill a key initiative for creating definitive rules for digital assets.
