Michael Saylor, executive chairman of MicroStrategy, has hinted at a potential new Bitcoin purchase. According to his social media post, this Sunday's message may signal an upcoming announcement from the company.

Saylor's past weekend posts have historically preceded MicroStrategy's Bitcoin acquisition announcements, with the last such disclosure occurring in June 2026 when the company acquired 1,587 BTC for approximately $100 million.

Following a subsequent sale in July, MicroStrategy's holdings were reported at around 843,775 BTC. Market participants are interpreting Saylor's latest hint as potentially indicative of a new Bitcoin purchase by MicroStrategy.
