Saylor Pushes for Digital Rights Bill to Unlock Future Economy
Michael Saylor, executive chairman of Strategy and co-founder of the company, believes that an age of digital assets and intelligence requires a 'bill of digital rights.' In his essay posted on X Saturday, he argues that rather than restrictions, this is what's needed to unlock prosperity in the future economy.
Saylor also stated that with AI increasing production potential, better money and capital markets are necessary to realize its full impact. He emphasized the importance of establishing five fundamental rights or freedoms for digital assets, providing a useful framework.
The goal is ambitious: enabling 10 million new companies to raise capital. This can only be achieved by creating an environment that encourages innovation and growth, rather than stifling it with unnecessary regulations.
Saylor's proposal aligns with the vision of Strategy as the world's largest corporate Bitcoin holder.
