Michael Saylor believes that Bitcoin can continue to advance without the passage of the CLARITY Act, a proposed regulatory framework for digital assets. Speaking on X (formerly Twitter), Saylor stated that 'Bitcoin doesn't need CLARITY. America needs clarity.'

The Senate has delayed consideration of the CLARITY Act until September, giving lawmakers more time to negotiate its provisions and determine how federal regulators would divide oversight of digital assets.

Saylor has been a strong supporter of the CLARITY Act, which he believes could unlock 'the next wave of Digital Capital, Digital Credit, and Digital Equity' by providing clearer rules for digital assets. He has linked the legislation to broader institutional participation and corporate adoption.
