Saylor Sees Bitcoin's Bottom in Sight Despite Five Key Headwinds
Strategy's Executive Chairman Michael Saylor believes that Bitcoin is at an inflection point, potentially marking its bottoming phase. He highlighted the 200-week Moving Average as a key price signal, noting that it marked the cryptocurrency's bottom in 2022 and remains below the current price.
Saylor identified five factors holding back Bitcoin's recovery: AI capital expansion, trade tensions, the Middle East crisis, the Fed rate policy, and the CLARITY Act delay. He noted that these headwinds could become tailwinds if they improve.
The CLARITY Act has until next week to make progress this year, while another Fed rate hike is expected in September. Saylor believes that good news in any of these areas will be positive for the Bitcoin market.
