Saylor Sees Mass Adoption as Safeguard Against Regulatory Shifts
Michael Saylor, co-founder of The Strategy, has proposed an alternative path for the crypto market after the failure of the CLARITY Act. He believes that mass adoption of digital financial products can become a safeguard against regulatory shifts.
Saylor emphasized the need to scale Bitcoin, stablecoins, and tokenized assets to increase public support for their continued development. He noted that lower costs, easier access to financial services, and greater control over funds can generate public support for digital assets.
The Strategy co-founder also pointed out that a significant share of opportunities already exists within the current legal framework. He highlighted areas such as expanding bank custody and Bitcoin-backed lending, tokenization, and use as collateral.
