Michael Saylor's Strategy company has made a significant Bitcoin purchase, acquiring 4,603 BTC for $369.7 million last week.

The average price paid per coin was $80,318, with the total position costing $63.73 billion, an average of $75,412 per coin.

This purchase brings Strategy's treasury to a total of 845,050 coins, which is over 4% of the 21 million Bitcoin that will ever exist.

The funds for this acquisition were raised through share sales, with $602.8 million generated from selling Class A shares through an at-the-market program.

The remaining money was split four ways: $151.8 million went toward repurchasing preferred stock, $50.7 million covered dividends on that series, and $30 million topped up a cash account that now stands at $1.61 billion.
