Saylor's Strategy Returns to Bitcoin Market with $75.7M Purchase

Michael Saylor's Strategy Inc. has made its first Bitcoin purchase since August, acquiring $75.7 million of the cryptocurrency.

The move is part of the company's effort to rebuild investor confidence by reshaping its balance sheet and building out reserves.

In addition to purchasing Bitcoin, Strategy also repurchased $174 million of its STRC perpetual preferred shares.

This repurchase aims to lift the price of these securities above par, allowing them to be used again for future Bitcoin purchases.
