Michael Saylor's company, Strategy, has sold 1,638 Bitcoin for approximately $105 million. This sale reduces the total assets held by the company to 842,138 BTC. The average price at which the Bitcoins were sold is reported to be $63,957.

Saylor stated that his personal Bitcoin investments and the company's capital management policies should remain separate. He emphasized that he has never sold any of his 'personal' Bitcoins, but clarified that this is not related to Strategy's business operations.

The proceeds from the sale were used for preferred stock distributions and the repurchase of STRC shares. Saylor maintained that Strategy's decision to sell Bitcoin was necessary to manage its capital needs, dividend payments, debt interest, and securities buybacks.
