SDEV reports $180 million in SKY token holdings at Q3 end

Stablecoin Development Corporation (SDEV) revealed preliminary balance sheet data for the third quarter of 2026, showing a significant increase in its digital asset holdings. As of September 30, 2026, the company held 2,321,079,862 SKY tokens, nearly all of which were staked in the Sky Protocol’s smart contract. With a SKY token price of $0.07764, the fair value of these holdings reached approximately $180.2 million, up from $119.2 million at the end of the previous quarter.

The company earned around 34.6 million SKY in staking rewards during the quarter but has not sold any tokens to date. All rewards were retained and reinvested into staking. As of October 2, 2026, SDEV held about 2,321,910,691 SKY tokens, representing roughly 10% of the total SKY supply, the same percentage as the previous quarter.

Financially, SDEV reported approximately $7.2 million in cash and cash equivalents, excluding restricted cash, and no outstanding debt as of September 30, 2026. The figures are preliminary and subject to finalization in the company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q.
