SEC Tokenization Rules Give Boost to Crypto Stocks
Bernstein analyst Gautam Chhugani says the SEC's new rules on tokenization bring tokenized equities trading on public blockchains within the existing securities and exchange regulatory framework.
The rules validate leading public blockchains such as Binance Smart Chain and Ethereum, as well as decentralized financial infrastructure, according to Bernstein.
Broker-exchanges Coinbase (), Robinhood (), and Bitdeer () are beneficiaries of these new regulations, along with tokenization ecosystem Figure Technologies () and stablecoin leader Circle ().
