SecondFi has renewed its bounty offer to recover $16.1 million in stolen Cardano (ADA) funds after a key-generation vulnerability exploit in June affected 374 wallets.

The company claims it secured 129 million ADA during containment, but the stolen funds remain the focus of the recovery effort.

Security researchers at Groom Lake observed behavior resembling techniques previously linked to North Korea's Lazarus Group, but this attribution has not been officially confirmed.

SecondFi has confirmed it will not resume normal operations, instead focusing on recovery and containment efforts.
