Senate's Clarity on CLARITY Act After Law Enforcement Group's Endorsement

Coinbase's Chief Legal Officer (CLO), Paul Grewal, has expressed curiosity about the Senate's stance on the CLARITY Act after a major law enforcement group endorsed the latest version of the bill.

The National Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) recently showed its support for the revised legislation, which addresses concerns raised by the FOP while preserving law enforcement's ability to investigate crypto-related crimes.

Grewal asked if the Senate stands with the FOP in backing the revised CLARITY bill or against it, urging them to follow suit.
