Sentora Seeks 50/50 Revenue Share with Aave DAO on V4 Lending Markets
Sentora, an institutional DeFi platform, has submitted a governance proposal to operate lending markets on Aave V4. The centerpiece of the deal is a clean 50/50 revenue split with the Aave DAO, covering everything from reserve factors to liquidation fees.
The proposal would grant Sentora control over collateral selection, risk parameters, and interest rate settings, while the Aave DAO retains ownership of the underlying smart contracts. The framework leverages Aave V4's modular architecture, specifically its Hub & Spoke design.
Total value locked in V4 rose from $402M on September 15 to $660M by September 29, a roughly 64% increase in just two weeks. Sentora previously orchestrated a $100M ETH loan for Aave V3's Lido markets, giving it credibility as an institutional-grade operator.
