Shiba Inu's Bullish Signal Weakens Amid 78% Decline in Exchange Outflows

SHIB's mean exchange outflows have taken a sharp decline, plummeting nearly 78% from their recent peak. This significant drop has weakened one of the strongest bullish signals for Shiba Inu, leaving traders with fresh concerns about supply trends.

The seven-day average of mean SHIB exchange outflows now sits near 421.6 million SHIB, a figure that has dropped 55.75% compared to the previous period. However, the decline from the latest peak is even more pronounced, reaching nearly 78%. Such a sharp contraction changes the broader picture for SHIB, as large exchange withdrawals often reduce tokens available for immediate market selling.

Currently, total inflows stand near 239.28 billion SHIB, an increase of roughly 1.07% during the latest period. Total outflows have also climbed, reaching approximately 236.97 billion SHIB, but with outflows increasing by about 1.3%, inflows remain higher overall. Consequently, SHIB now shows a positive netflow of roughly 2.31 billion tokens, indicating that more SHIB currently enters exchanges than leaves them.

The token remains near the $0.0000050 to $0.0000052 zone, with several short-term moving averages clustering around the same area. This region has become an important battleground between buyers and sellers, with holding above $0.000005 possibly helping bulls maintain short-term stability. However, the larger challenge sits higher near $0.0000056 to $0.0000057, a long-term moving average that continues to provide strong resistance.

A decisive break above this zone could improve the recovery outlook for SHIB, but until then, the token faces a difficult setup despite improving network activity. Bulls need stronger buying pressure to regain control, and without such a breakout, SHIB may continue consolidating around current levels.
