Shibarium Wallet Fix Doesn't Boost SHIB Price Amid Ongoing Rebuild Efforts

Shibarium's wallet connection issue has been fixed by Shiba Inu developers, but SHIB's price took a hit of around 6% in the past week.

The problem was resolved after community member Mazrael submitted a pull request to update the Shibarium RPC endpoint on Chainlist, which is used by many wallets and Web3 apps to connect to the network. The change was merged into the project's codebase and has been synced with Chainlist.

Shibarium's activity remains low after a major exploit last year, with daily transactions in the low thousands or hundreds. The token's price is currently trading near $0.0000052, which puts its market value at around $3 billion.

Mazrael, who worked on the fix, stated that the rebuild of Shibarium is further along than it seems, and that some users have noticed improvements in access to the network since the update.
