Solana Breakpoint Heads to London: 'Token Supercycle' Takes Center Stage
Solana's flagship conference, Breakpoint 2026, is shifting its location to London this year. The event will take place from November 15-17 at Olympia London and will focus on 'Token Supercycle,' an emerging trend in the growth of stablecoins, tokenized assets, and onchain economic activity.
The conference has attracted a lineup of industry heavyweights, including MoneyGram CEO Anthony Soohoo, Candy Digital CEO Tad Smith, and Balaji Srinivasan, founder of The Network State. Solana co-founder Anatoly Yakovenko will also be speaking at the event.
Solana's presence in London underscores its goal to align its ecosystem with global financial infrastructure. According to Lily Liu, President of the Solana Foundation, 'London is where modern capital markets were invented.'
The conference will explore two focal points: Day 1 will cover stablecoins, payments, and tokenized real-world assets, while Day 2 will examine AI-driven markets, programmable capital, and consumer applications.
