Solana ETFs Overtake XRP Funds by $250 Million in Net Assets
Solana-backed exchange-traded funds (ETFs) have surpassed their XRP counterparts in net assets, thanks to a significant surge in monthly inflows. The shift marks a notable reversal in the competitive landscape for crypto ETFs, where XRP has historically held an advantage in investor deposits.
According to data compiled by SoSoValue, Solana ETFs collected $278.20 million over the past 30 days, outpacing XRP funds' $127.05 million in monthly net inflows. This divergence extends beyond a single trading day, as seen on September 28 when Solana ETFs pulled in $12.70 million compared to XRP's $3.96 million.
The inflow momentum has pushed Solana ETF net assets to $1.93 billion, exceeding the $1.68 billion held by XRP products by $250 million. Net assets reflect changes in underlying holdings alongside investor flows, making them distinct from cumulative deposits, a measure where XRP still leads with $180 million in historical advantage.
