Solana Foundation has made two key hires in Rachel Conlan and Jamal Raees, as the organization expands its partnerships. Conlan, a former Binance chief marketing officer, will serve as chief strategy officer, leading institutional partnerships, ecosystem growth, and efforts to bring businesses onto Solana.

Conlan's background includes three years at Binance and senior roles at OKX, CAA Sports, and Havas.

Raees, a former executive at Polygon Labs, will be the new general manager of payments. He plans to deepen the foundation's engagement with major payments companies and focus on infrastructure used by teams building payment services on Solana.

Raees stated his intention to 'drive greater adoption and usage of stablecoins and tokenized deposits, with an emphasis on global markets.'
