Solana Network Upgrade Boosts Capacity, But Price Struggles to Keep Pace
Solana's Transaction V1 format has gone live on its mainnet, expanding the network's capabilities and increasing the maximum transaction size from 1,232 bytes to 4,096 bytes.
This upgrade enables developers to build more complex applications, including those using zero-knowledge proofs, larger multisignature configurations, and advanced decentralized-finance operations.
Despite its potential benefits, Solana's price has remained under short-term selling pressure, with several indicators pointing to a possible retest of support at $94.16.
