Solana's price has recovered above $100 after briefly dipping below this psychological barrier. The support zone established between $95 and $100, which was previously a resistance level, will be crucial in determining the near-term market direction.

The Federal Reserve raised its benchmark interest rate by 25 basis points to 3.75-4.00%, marking its first hike since July 2023. This move is expected to diminish the appeal of speculative assets like cryptocurrencies and increase downward pressure on dollar-priced assets.

The Senate failed to pass the CLARITY Act, which aimed to establish clear digital asset regulations. This legislative setback prolongs regulatory ambiguity in the crypto markets.

Market analyst Celal Kucuker predicted a potential trajectory from $59 to $1,000 for Solana if weekly chart patterns develop into a parabolic formation.
