Solana Price Soars to Multi-Month Highs Amid Record-Breaking Stablecoin Market Cap
Solana's SOL price has reached a multi-month high of $120.92, up 6.57% in 24 hours, according to recent data.
This rise comes as Solana's stablecoin market capitalization reaches an all-time high of $17.394 billion, set on September 25, as reported by DefiLlama.
On-chain activity has also increased, with spot trading volume reaching $2.69 billion on September 24, surpassing Coinbase's daily volume.
Solana is now targeting a significant upgrade to its network, aiming to reduce payment finality from 12.8 seconds to just 150 milliseconds through the Alpenglow upgrade, which has been moved to public testnet.
