Solana Priced Registered Direct Offering Worth $15 Million
Solana Company (NASDAQ: HSDT) has priced its $15 million registered direct offering with an institutional investor.
The shares were priced at a 5% premium to net asset value per share, and the accompanying common warrants have an exercise price set at a 10% premium to net asset value per share.
The company plans to use the proceeds for opportunistic stock buybacks under its authorized program and Solana purchases when it considers them attractive to shareholders.
