Solana Surpasses 400K RWA Holders as SOL Eyes Key Resistance Zone
Solana has surpassed a significant milestone in its real-world asset (RWA) ecosystem, reaching over 400,000 RWA holders for the first time. This growth represents a remarkable surge from just under 10,000 RWA holders recorded in January 2025.
The rapid expansion of tokenized assets on Solana is driving participation in traditional financial assets and real estate conversion into blockchain-based tokens. According to Everstake, a leading blockchain infrastructure company, Solana's RWA user base has grown significantly in less than two years, making it more accessible to retail and institutional participants alike.
The SOL token currently trades at approximately $102.01, reflecting a 1.44% decline over the past 24 hours. However, despite this recent drop, SOL maintains broader gains, rising about 33% over the prior 30 days and 1.45% in the past week.
The token faces technical uncertainty as markets assess its next price move, with a break above $105 potentially opening the path to higher resistance zones. Analysts view price moves above $109 as especially significant, indicating a potential push toward previous highs.
