Solana Surpasses Ethereum in Daily User Fees
Solana took the lead over Ethereum in user fees for a day, according to DefiLlama's September 22 snapshot. Solana generated $1.1M in user fees in the last 24 hours, surpassing Ethereum's $649K.
However, Ethereum maintained its edge in fee burns, with approximately $226K burned compared to Solana's $117K over the same period.
In a longer time frame, Solana outpaced Ethereum in user fees over 30 days, collecting $23.6M versus Ethereum's $12M. Yet, Ethereum continued to lead in burn fees during this time, with a slight margin of $109K.
