Solana's Path to $295: Hurdles, Catalysts, and Uncertainty Ahead
Solana's price has been on an upward trend recently, but it still faces significant hurdles to reach its all-time high of $295. According to recent data, Solana needs a 152% rally to reclaim this level, which is roughly equivalent to the gains made during the memecoin boom in January 2025.
The current daily fees on Solana have collapsed by 97% from their peak of around $33 million to just $1 million. This significant drop in revenue has left the network struggling to maintain its momentum, making it harder for SOL to reach the $295 mark.
One potential source of fresh demand is institutional fund money, which currently holds $1.42 billion in assets and has seen 12 straight weeks of inflows. Additionally, Solana supports about $465 million in tokenized stocks, with the SEC granting trading venues a five-year exemption on September 17.
