Solana's Real-World Assets Surpass Competitors in Tokenized Trading Volume
Solana's real-world assets (RWA) have experienced rapid growth in recent times. With tokenized stocks, treasuries, and private credit moving across the network at a scale that surpasses most competing chains, it's essential to understand which projects drive this growth.
The Solana RWA transfer volume reached approximately $4.4 billion in a single 30-day period in mid-2026, with over 270,000 holders, according to tracking from RWA.xyz. Tokenized equities on the network crossed $100 million in a single day's trading volume for the first time in June 2026.
Ondo Finance stands out as the largest Solana RWA issuer by asset count, bringing more than 200 tokenized US stocks and ETFs onto Solana in January 2026. Ondo Global Markets has surpassed $460 million in total value locked and over $6.8 billion in cumulative trading volume since launch.
BlackRock's BUIDL fund expanded to Solana in March 2025 through Securitize and now holds over $600 million on the network. Franklin Templeton's BENJI fund ranks as the fourth-largest on-chain treasury fund, managing over $1 billion.
