Soluna and Bitdeer are expanding their Project Kati 1 agreement by adding approximately 7 MW of mining equipment at the wind-powered Texas site. This brings Bitdeer's total planned deployment to 35 MW, which will raise its total hash rate at Kati 1 to about 2.42 EH/s.

Under the agreement, Bitdeer supplies and owns the mining equipment, while Soluna provides the data-center site, power, and operating infrastructure. The two companies then share the mining proceeds generated by the deployment.

The additional 7 MW is expected to be deployed by November and fully books the K1BC phase of the project. Bitdeer is using Sealminer A2 Pro Air machines for the project, which Soluna expects to complete in November.
