Soluna Holdings has expanded its Bitcoin mining operations through a partnership with Bitdeer's Dory Creek unit. On August 25, 2026, a subsidiary of Soluna announced that it had entered into a co-mining agreement to deploy about 28 MW of Bitcoin mining equipment at Project Kati 1 in South Texas.

The deployment, starting in September 2026 and ramping in batches, represents roughly 1.93 EH/s of hash rate at Soluna's largest operating site.

The deal introduces a new co-mining structure for Soluna's Bitcoin platform, under which Soluna provides the site, power, and turnkey operations while Bitdeer supplies and owns its Sealminer A2 Pro Air hardware, with both parties sharing mining proceeds.
