The 3rd annual SPiCE Central Asia 2026 conference will take place in Tbilisi, Georgia on September 24-25. The event has received official support from the Georgian Gambling Association (GGA). GGA's Head of Administration, George Mamulaishvili, highlighted Georgia's growing role as a gateway to the Caucasus and Central Asia.

The country's proposed online gambling licensing framework offers incentives for operators targeting international players. This is seen as a strategic step towards developing an international iGaming ecosystem.

Mamulaishvili emphasized that Georgia has one of the region's longest established and most experienced regulated gambling markets. The country has developed significant practical knowledge in licensing, taxation, compliance, land-based gaming, and online operations.
