Stablecoin Inflows Rebound, But Momentum Fades Fast
Stablecoin inflows have returned to exchanges after nearly four months of outflows. According to data from Bitget, stablecoin net flows turned positive on September 1, marking a shift after 113 consecutive days of net outflows.
The rebound was short-lived, however, as net inflows fell by 51% in just two days, from $13.85 million on September 1 to $6.85 million on September 3.
On-chain analyst Axel Adler Jr. warns that the rebound is losing momentum, and the broader market signals remain neutral.
The Stablecoin Supply Ratio (SSR) metric, which compares Bitcoin's market value with the total supply of stablecoins, suggests a modest improvement in stablecoin buying power relative to Bitcoin.
