Stablecoin Market Capitalization Rebounds, but Recovery Remains Limited
The stablecoin market capitalization has seen a significant rebound, increasing by about $4 billion since September to around $270 billion. However, this recovery is modest compared to the decline in stablecoin market capitalization, which has fallen by about $14 billion from its peak in May.
According to Darkfost, a contributor to CryptoQuant, the recent increase accounts for only about 29% of the decline. This means that the recovery in stablecoin market capitalization remains weak, and more liquidity is needed for Bitcoin to reach a new high.
Darkfost notes that while the trend is showing signs of reversing, the recovery remains limited. He emphasizes that the market needs more liquidity inflows to drive Bitcoin to a new record high.
