Line Next recently co-hosted a seminar on stablecoin payments with Payletter in Seoul. The event covered topics such as global settlement procedures and market prospects, attracting around 50 representatives from companies involved in overseas payments.

Kim Dong-young, team leader at Line Next, presented Unify Pay's strategy for integrating stablecoins into payment systems. He noted that the share of USDT tied to holding, payments, and remittances rose to 55% in 2025 from 35% in 2022.

Line Next plans to expand support beyond USDT and JPYC to include stablecoins based on major Asian currencies, aiming to build a unified payment infrastructure for users across Asia. The company's Unify Pay has already secured over 100 wallet payment integrations, with stablecoin payments accounting for more than 30% in some services.
