The group's list includes bipartisan candidates from both parties, with notable names including Republican Tom Emmer and Bill Huizenga, along with Democratic representatives Ritchie Torres and Josh Gottheimer. These endorsements reflect Stand With Crypto's focus on supporting candidates who have backed crypto-related legislation rather than adhering to party affiliation.

The CLARITY Act remains under consideration in the Senate, where negotiations over ethics, enforcement, state authority, and illicit finance provisions have stalled its progress. The group has not announced its Senate endorsements yet but plans to release that list closer to Election Day.
