Standard Chartered Sees Arbitrum Price Soar 70x by 2030 Amid Remittix's Growing PayFi Narrative
Standard Chartered has sparked excitement among investors with its long-term price target for Arbitrum (ARB). The bank predicts ARB will reach $0.50 by the end of 2026 and a whopping $10 by 2030, representing a multi-year growth of approximately 70 times its current price.
The forecast highlights the potential for rapid valuation changes when usage and token economics improve. Remittix (RTX), another project in the space, is building a bullish case with its PayFi thesis, which connects cryptocurrency with direct fiat settlement while offering trading, wallet, and yield products.
Arbitrum's price prediction depends on its adoption as a layer-two network for Ethereum, helping applications process transactions more cheaply. However, competition from Base, Optimism, and newer execution environments is intense, and the ARB token needs stronger value capture to translate network usage into sustained demand.
Remittix takes utility beyond blockchain scaling by addressing the final step that many networks leave unresolved: converting crypto into usable bank money. Its planned PayFi rails support over 50 crypto pairs and settlement across more than 30 fiat currencies, which could serve freelancers, businesses, families, and investors who want to move value internationally without manually navigating multiple exchanges.
