Standard Chartered Sets Sights on $10 Arbitrum Target by 2030
Standard Chartered has set a target of $10 for Arbitrum's (ARB) token by 2030, citing growth in institutional blockchain adoption. According to Geoffrey Kendrick, the bank's global head of digital assets research, institutional use of blockchain infrastructure could support Arbitrum's long-term growth.
The projection would represent approximately 70-fold growth from ARB's current price near $0.14. This target is higher than Standard Chartered's expected gains for Bitcoin and Ether over the same period through 2030.
Standard Chartered's thesis centers on Arbitrum's potential role as infrastructure for financial institutions moving products and services onto public blockchain networks. One example cited in the forecast is Robinhood, which uses Arbitrum technology and gives the platform a 10% share of its net protocol revenue.
