Steady Bitcoin Holds Above $64K Amid Global Market Optimism
Bitcoin's price held steady above $64,000 despite favorable global market conditions. Global equities reached record highs and oil prices fell, but Bitcoin only rose by less than 1% to $64,270 on August 5.
The largest cryptocurrency has been slow to react to the improving macro environment, with recent ETF inflows of $19.6 million failing to spark significant buying pressure.
Analyst Ali Martinez points out that Bitcoin must close above $64,300 on four-hour charts to confirm a breakout and potentially push the price towards $65,500 or $66,500.
