The Stellar blockchain network has secured two major partnerships in recent months, but this hasn't translated into significant price gains for XLM. MoneyGram and the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) have chosen to use Stellar as part of their new initiatives.

MoneyGram's virtual Visa card, called the MoneyGram Card by Rain, uses the Stellar network for transaction speeds. This product is specifically designed for the Latin American market, leveraging the blockchain's capabilities to provide a secure and efficient payment system.

The DTCC announced in May that its tokenization service would utilize the Stellar network, with plans to launch the service in October 2026. Tokenized DTC assets are expected to be available on the network by the first half of 2027.
